Who We Are Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in e-commerce or Qcom: Minimum of 5+ years.
• Tech Enthusiast: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Miro and SQL. GA4/hotjar tools.
• Performance-Driven: Experience in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Analytical Mindset: Analytical and data-driven mindset; passion for working with data and gathering insights.
• Target Audience Analysis: Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback.
• Market Awareness : Research and analyze user needs and market trends, translating this information into actionable product requirements.
• Communication Expert: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious and Eager: Open to learning new things and enthusiastic about growth.
Job Description
• Able to lead the team through an end-to-end e-commerce project process,
• Capable of preparing a roadmap and breaking down the stages of Product Development,
• Able to take ownership of products and add new features,
• Understanding and defining customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups,
• Able to advance UI/UX designs, prepare mockups, and take part in software development processes,
